Nobody likes surprises when it comes to what something is going to cost, so our goal is to make sure you have the most accurate quote before we arrive at your home. Below is an explanation of our most common services and their regular pricing.
We do have a $14 environmental fee on every appointment, this is in addition to the prices listed below. We have a service minimum of $94 for most areas of Tucson. The following areas have a slightly higher service minimum, please contact us for details: Red Rock, Saddlebrook, Picture Rock, and Green Valley.
This pricing does not reflect current discounts or specials. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express.
Single Room of Carpet
$42 - Price when booking only one room of carpet cleaning.
Walk In Closets
$15 - Walk-in closets over 80 sqft. will be considered a single room of carpet. Standard closets are considered part of the room and are not extra.
Hallways
$2/linear foot - (that’s the length of your hall x $2. For Example, a 10ft hall = $20)
Stairs
$75 - We consider a staircase to be 14 steps and 1 landing.
Protectant
$30 - We recommend reapplying the manufacturer’s carpet protectant. Protectant helps protect against wear and provides more time to clean up spills. Hallways and staircases are considered rooms when it comes to pricing protectant.
Microseal
$90 per Room - The ultimate in fiber protection! Microseal is a permanent penetrating protector that never needs to be reapplied.
